1. Full-service consignment items

Merchandise in the full-service consignment program is physically received and authenticated by Reluxit before it is listed. Only these items may be presented as authenticated by Reluxit, and only after that process is complete.

2. What screening actually does

Every listing passes through automated screening of its text and images for counterfeit indicators, prohibited items, misleading claims and policy breaches, and may be reviewed by an administrator after publication.

Screening is a risk-reduction measure based on the information supplied for the listing. It cannot confirm that a physical item is genuine and it is not an authentication service, certificate or guarantee.

3. Legacy marketplace listings

Reluxit does not take physical possession of legacy marketplace items and does not inspect or authenticate them before sale.

Legacy marketplace listings must never be described by Reluxit or by a seller as "authenticated by Reluxit", "Reluxit verified" or similar. The seller warrants authenticity; Reluxit does not.

4. Documentation supplied by legacy sellers or consignors

Receipts, certificates and third-party authentication documents uploaded by a legacy seller or supplied by a consignor are supplied by that party. Except as part of Reluxit's own authentication of consignment items, Reluxit does not verify them and makes no representation about them.

5. If you believe an item is counterfeit

Buyers should open a dispute within the 48-hour inspection window, keeping the security tag attached. Rights holders and other reporters should contact support@reluxit.com. Confirmed counterfeits are removed and accounts are actioned under the Prohibited Items Policy.
