1. Counterfeit, replica and unauthorised goods
Counterfeits, replicas, "inspired by" or "mirror" goods, unauthorised customisations presented as original, and items with removed, altered or forged serial numbers or hallmarks.
Reluxit operates zero tolerance. Suspected counterfeits are removed and the account is reviewed.
2. Stolen or encumbered goods
Stolen property, goods you do not own or are not authorised to sell, and goods subject to a lien, loan or pawn contract. Reluxit cooperates with law enforcement on credible reports.
3. Regulated materials
Ivory, tortoiseshell, and materials from CITES-listed or protected species. Exotic skins may only be listed where the seller holds and can produce the documentation required by applicable law.
4. Items requiring licences or outside our categories
Weapons and ammunition, controlled substances, tobacco, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hazardous materials, live animals, human remains, and digital or intangible goods.
Reluxit is a pre-owned luxury goods marketplace: handbags, watches, jewellery, accessories and comparable categories. Items outside these categories may be removed.
5. Other prohibited listings
Listings that misrepresent condition, completeness, provenance or authentication status; listings that solicit off-platform payment; duplicate listings of the same physical item; and listings that infringe someone else's intellectual property.
6. Enforcement and appeal
Automated screening runs on every listing and administrators may review afterwards. We may remove, hide or disable listings, cancel and refund orders, hold payouts, and suspend or terminate accounts.
