1. No general right of return
Sales are final once the order completes. There is no change-of-mind return right. Your opportunity to raise a problem is the 48-hour inspection window after delivery is recorded.
2. Grounds for a refund
The item was not received and delivery cannot be evidenced.
The item is materially not as described.
The item is determined to be counterfeit.
The order was cancelled by Reluxit, or the item was not shipped within the required window.
3. Full and partial refunds
An administrator may award a full refund or a partial refund where the item is usable but materially different from the listing.
Refunds are executed through Stripe against the original charge and returned to the original payment method. Reluxit does not issue cash, store credit or off-platform payments.
Every refund is recorded in an internal refund ledger with its Stripe reference, amount and status.
4. Returning the item
Where a refund is awarded on a delivered item, Reluxit may require the item to be returned with tracking — to Reluxit for consignment items, or to the seller for legacy marketplace orders — before or as a condition of the refund. The decision states who pays return shipping, which normally follows fault.
5. Timing
Once a refund is submitted to Stripe it typically reaches the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank settlement time is outside Reluxit's control.
6. What is not refundable
Orders the buyer has accepted, or that completed after the inspection window closed without a dispute.
Claims outside the grounds listed above, including remorse, fit and disclosed condition.
Where proceeds have already been released, Reluxit may still refund the buyer, and may first review the case and recover funds from the payee (the consignor under the Full-Service Consignment Agreement, or the seller for legacy marketplace orders).
