1. Who we are

Reluxit is operated by Reluxit LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States ("Reluxit", "we", "us").

You can reach us at support@reluxit.com.

2. What Reluxit is

Reluxit sells pre-owned luxury goods. Items are sold principally through Reluxit's Full-Service Consignment program, in which Owners send merchandise to Reluxit and Reluxit receives, authenticates, lists and sells it as the Owner's agent under the Full-Service Consignment Agreement. Customers cannot create or publish Shop listings.

Some legacy listings were created by marketplace sellers approved before Full-Service Consignment. For those legacy listings, the contract of sale is between the buyer and that seller, and Reluxit does not take physical possession of or authenticate the item. For all orders, Reluxit provides the payment flow, the security tag program, the inspection window and the dispute process described in these policies.

Reluxit does not hold buyer funds in escrow. Payments are processed by Stripe. Reluxit holds the payee's proceeds on the platform's Stripe account until the order completes, as described in the Payout & Fees Policy.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Reluxit. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Consignment Owners must complete Stripe Express payout setup before their merchandise is published.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, the Prohibited Items Policy, the Community & Messaging Rules, or applicable law.

4. Listings and screening

Listings are created by Reluxit or, for legacy listings, by approved marketplace sellers, who are responsible for the accuracy of those listings.

Listings are screened by automated software and may be reviewed by Reluxit administrators after publication. Screening is a risk-reduction measure, not an authentication service. See the Authenticity & Screening Disclosure.

We may remove, hide or disable any listing at any time, including for suspected counterfeiting, prohibited items, inaccurate descriptions or policy breaches.

5. Buying

Placing an order creates a binding purchase at the listed price — from the Owner through Reluxit as agent for consignment items, or from the seller for legacy listings. Payment is captured at checkout through Stripe.

After delivery is recorded on an order, the buyer has a 48-hour inspection window to accept the item or open a dispute, as described in the Buyer Protection Policy and the Dispute Policy.

Before checkout completes you must accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Buyer Protection Policy and the Refund & Returns Policy. That acceptance is recorded with the policy version and a server timestamp.

6. Consignment, legacy selling and fees

For Full-Service Consignment, Reluxit retains the commission individually agreed with and accepted by the Owner for that consignment, plus any fees expressly disclosed to the Owner, as set out in the Full-Service Consignment Agreement.

For legacy marketplace orders, Reluxit retains a 10% marketplace fee on the sale amount.

Payment processing, payout timing and payout holds are described in the Payout & Fees Policy. Additional Stripe fees and any currency or bank charges may apply to a payee's connected account.

Owners and legacy sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from sales made through Reluxit.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not list prohibited items, misrepresent an item, attempt to move a transaction off Reluxit to avoid fees or protections, harass another user, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Messaging between buyers and sellers is subject to the Community & Messaging Rules and may be reviewed by administrators in connection with a dispute or an investigation.

8. Intellectual property

Reluxit and its branding, software and site content are owned by Reluxit or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

By uploading photos, video, descriptions or documents you grant Reluxit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to operate, market and moderate the marketplace. You represent that you have the rights to grant this licence.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these policies, the Reluxit service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Reluxit does not warrant that any ordinary marketplace listing is genuine, accurately described, or fit for any purpose. Reluxit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reluxit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reluxit's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a transaction is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for that order and, for any other claim, to the greater of the fees Reluxit earned from you in the twelve months preceding the claim or US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reluxit and its officers, members, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your listings, your items, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The state and federal courts located in Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may publish a new version of these terms. Each version carries a version number and an effective date. Material changes take effect for new transactions once published, and you may be asked to accept the current version again before your next purchase or consignment submission.

Your recorded acceptances are stored against the exact version you accepted.
