1. Your status
You sell as an independent principal. You are not Reluxit's employee, agent, partner or joint venturer. The contract of sale is between you and the buyer.
Marketplace listings remain in your physical possession until you ship them. Reluxit does not take custody of, inspect or authenticate marketplace items.
2. Your warranties
You own the item or are authorised to sell it, and it is free of liens and encumbrances.
The item is genuine and is not a counterfeit, replica or unauthorised copy.
Your listing is accurate and complete as to model, materials, condition, defects, repairs, alterations, completeness of accessories and provenance.
Your listing complies with the Prohibited Items Policy and applicable law.
3. Fulfilment obligations
Ship within three business days of payment; attach the numbered Reluxit security tag to the item; record the tag number, carrier and tracking number before marking the order shipped; ship only to the address on the order.
Upload the recommended shipment evidence described in the Seller Protection Policy.
4. Fees and payouts
You authorise Reluxit to retain a 10% marketplace fee on the sale amount of each order, and to hold your payout until the order completes as described in the Payout & Fees Policy.
You must maintain a Stripe Express account in good standing and accept Stripe's connected-account terms.
5. Disputes and refunds
You agree to the dispute process in the Dispute Policy and accept that a Reluxit administrator may award a full or partial refund to the buyer, which will reduce or cancel your payout.
Where a refund is issued after your payout has been released, you agree to reimburse Reluxit or to have the amount recovered from future payouts.
6. Screening and moderation
You consent to automated and human review of your listings, listing media and messages, and to removal of listings that breach these policies. Screening is not an authentication service and does not shift responsibility for authenticity away from you.
7. Indemnity, term and termination
You indemnify Reluxit against claims arising from your items, listings or breach of this agreement, including counterfeit and intellectual-property claims.
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Termination does not affect obligations on open orders, disputes, refunds or fees.
8. Acceptance and record
You accept this agreement in-app before creating a listing. Acceptance is recorded with the exact policy version and a server-generated timestamp and cannot be edited by you. Listing creation is blocked server-side until the current version is accepted.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
