1. Required before an order can be marked shipped
A Reluxit security tag number attached to the item.
The shipping carrier.
A valid tracking number.
These three fields are enforced by our servers. An order cannot move to shipped without them.
2. Recommended supporting evidence
Photograph of the security tag showing its number, and a photograph of the tag attached to the item.
Photograph of the package weight and of the shipping label.
Signature confirmation on higher-value shipments. Reluxit recommends but does not automatically require or purchase signature confirmation.
Upload this evidence to the order before or shortly after dispatch. Evidence added after a dispute is opened carries less weight.
3. Dispatch deadline
Orders must be shipped within three business days of payment. The deadline is calculated by our servers from the time of payment and is shown on the order. Reluxit administrators may grant an extension in specific cases.
Repeatedly missing the deadline may lead to cancellation of the order, refund to the buyer, and restriction or suspension of your seller account.
4. How evidence is used
If a buyer opens a dispute, an administrator reviews the listing, the order record, the shipment evidence from both sides and the conversation before deciding.
Complete required fields plus tag and label photography materially improves the likelihood of a decision in your favour on not-received and substitution claims.
5. What seller protection does not cover
Items that were misdescribed, damaged, undisclosed-repaired or counterfeit.
Shipments sent without the required tag number, carrier and tracking, or sent to an address other than the one on the order.
Loss or damage in transit. Reluxit does not insure marketplace shipments; carrier insurance and claims are the seller's responsibility.
Transactions moved off Reluxit.
6. Payout consequences
An open dispute holds the payout until it is resolved. Payout timing and fees are described in the Payout & Fees Policy.
